Originally from Tulsa, Mike's diverse background includes work in electronic medical records and hospital software implementation. His career took a significant turn when he moved to Chile and started a sales and professional services business.

In 2011, Mike led the acquisition of assets from Redwood Network Services, leading to the formation of Pendello Solutions. The company's name, derived from Latin words meaning value consideration and sustainability, reflects Mike's leadership style focused on continuous improvement and reliable support.

As President, Mike manages client relationships, builds strategic partnerships, and delivers exceptional value. With a vigilant eye on the IT industry, he tackles rapid technological changes and rising cybersecurity threats. Mike's thoughtful approach helps clients navigate complexities and surpass standard IT solutions, ensuring their overall business thrives for future generations. Outside of work, Mike cherishes family time, enjoys golf, and supports the University of Kansas Jayhawks.
