As the Service Executive of Pendello Solutions, Meghan manages the Service Team and ensures Pendello provides the best service possible to our clients.
Despite not having a traditional background in IT or managed services, Meghan's passion for helping people and her experience in customer service and management have made her a perfect fit for our team. She might not have a list of IT certifications, but her dedication to our clients and her ability to lead our Service Team has been unmatched since she joined in 2014.
Meghan is currently thrilled about the growth we're experiencing at Pendello. She's always looking forward to what's ahead and is excited to see our plans coming to fruition. But what she loves most about working here? The people. Meghan believes our team is the best, and she relishes in solving problems and assisting our clients every day.
When asked to describe Pendello's culture in three words, Meghan chose: "Figure. It. Out." And she embodies this mantra every day. Meghan is relentless in her pursuit of solutions, always maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere while fostering a teamwork mindset. She leads by example, is unafraid of challenges, and is exhilarated by the prospect of working with the team to solve any problem, big or small.
Outside of work, Meghan enjoys reading and going to the zoo with her toddler.
